Events in the Moment is a photo and video sharing service for weddings, engagements, birthdays and any other celebration where the best pictures end up on other people's phones. Instead of chasing guests for their camera roll weeks later, you print a QR code for the tables, your guests scan it with the phone already in their hand, and the photos they take arrive in one private album that belongs to you.

It is made for the people hosting the day: couples, families and event organisers who want to see the celebration through their guests' eyes without turning the reception into a photo hunt. Guests get the simplest possible experience — a name, a camera button, and a shared gallery — while hosts keep control of what appears in the album, who can browse it, and when it closes.

The service is designed and built by a small independent team in Australia, with Australian events in mind: the time zones, the venues, the late-night uploads over patchy reception. It is deliberately simple, because the last thing anyone wants on their wedding day is another piece of software to manage.

Everything you share stays private. Files are stored securely, served through short-lived links, and never published to the open web or found by searching. Guests can remove their own uploads at any time, and hosts can hide or delete anything that does not belong in the album.
