Questions, answered
Storage, retention & deletion
Gallery access is counted from your event date and lasts 7 days on Free, 30 days on Moments, 12 months on Memories and 24 months on Forever. The Forever name describes the premium experience, not permanent storage — the 24-month retention period applies.
When access ends, uploads stop and the gallery becomes read-only for a 60-day grace period. You can still download everything during that window, then it is scheduled for deletion.
Payments, upgrades & refunds
Payments are processed by Stripe in Australian dollars and are charged once per event. We never see or store your card details, and every receipt comes from Stripe.
Upgrading charges only the difference between what you already paid for that event and the new package. Downgrades and refunds are handled manually under our published refund policy — contact us and we will sort it out.
